Matthew Garcia

Matthew Garcia is an account manager for Southern California Edison working with the company's largest water agency customers. He manages Edison resources to resolve issues related to service, billing, and rates, provides energy efficiency and demand response program advice, and communicates timely and critical energy industry information. Prior to joining SCE in 1996, Matt worked in the environmental consulting industry providing regulatory compliance and public relations services to public and private sector clients.

Born and raised in Northern California, Matt moved south to attend University of California, Santa Barbara where he received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Matt resides in Long Beach with his wife Kelly and their son Ben.
